Returns and Refund policy

At Trioboom, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, our returns policy is designed to comply with English law, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act.

1. Your Right to Cancel

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s) without giving any reason.

• To cancel your order, you must notify us in writing via email at info@trioboom.com

• If you cancel, we will refund the price you paid for the item(s) and the standard delivery charge (if applicable). Refunds will not include any additional charges for non-standard delivery options.

2. Returns Process

• If you cancel within 14 days of delivery, you must return the item(s) to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

• Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s), unless the product is faulty or not as described.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund within 14 days.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

• If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at info@trioboom.com within 30 days of receiving your item(s).

• You are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair as appropriate. We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty or damaged items.

5. Exclusions

• Customised or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

• Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible for refund or exchange.
